They confirmed the appointment the day before.
I was really impressed. They cleaned my entire carpet in the basement and upstairs in 60 min. The product they used smelled clean immediately. They said it would take 5-6 hours to dry. I had used another company for 10 years before Bella. The old company would take 4 hours to do the work and it would take 2 days to dry.
The 2 men who did the work hustled and were very polite.
The price I paid was a super fair price also.
It has been a long time since I have used a service and been so impressed that I called Bella to tell them how impressed I was this this whole experience.
