I was satisfy with my cleaning service of my sectional sofa. I have used them in the past for my carpet cleaning. But the price I was quoted from Gary on the phone was different than what I was invoiced when the service was completed. Unfortunately I did not get his quote in writing. He did make a slight adjustment on the invoice when I asked the Tech to call Gary, but still not close to what I originally quoted. My lesson learned from this experience is get it in writing. Updated Review: Gary from Bella Custom Cleaning did contact me to resolve my pricing issue and I'm happy to say after our discussion we were able to agree on a solution.

I always have a good experience with Bella Cleaning. Most recently, I had a big orange spot in my rug. Initially, they were unable to remove it all, so I called and asked for a partial refund. They came back, tried again and were able to remove it. Saved me from having to buy a new rug. Workers are very polite and respectful as is the business owner.
